General Terms and Conditions of Sale
The following General Terms and Conditions of Sale concern the offer and sale of products on the website www.designartem.com , which is owned and maintained by CNDKFOCUS, Frihedsvej 29, DK-4700 Næstved, Denmark, VAT No. DK 33899149.

When buying items on www.designartem.com the Customer simultaneously accepts the Seller’s terms and conditions in force at the time of the purchase.
Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions from time to time. Your order is subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time of ordering. If the terms and conditions are amended after the receipt of your order but before the issuing of the order confirmation, you will be informed accordingly.
When you communicate with us on our Website we collect and handle information about you. If you place an order with us, we request certain personal information. You must provide contact information (such as name, e-mail and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, name on credit cardholder, expiration date and the three digit security code). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete and deliver your order. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
Content, Product Availability and Prices - DISCLAIMER
The range of items in the web shop is merely an invitation to you as Customer to submit an offer by sending an order to us. The purchase agreement is not final until we have accepted your offer to purchase by forwarding an order confirmation to you.
The prices in the web shop are stated in EURO (EUR) and include Danish VAT (25 %). However, some countries (outside EU) may apply additional taxes for certain products and/or orders over a certain value. These additional charges will not be covered by us and, therefore, they are your own responsibility.
The prices in the web shop are subject to possible errors/mistakes. We as the seller are not bound by the prices stated in the web shop until forwarding a shipping confirmation. Until then we reserve the right to decline an order placed by you.
Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS strives, to the fullest extent possible, to provide accurate and updated content on this website. Please note, however, that the illustration (color) of an item in the web shop may not be fully identical to the actual appearance of the item. Unfortunately, price changes, sold out goods and other unintentional errors may occasionally occur on our website. We reserve the right not to be held liable for these errors or changes and neither Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS, nor any employee or representative of Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS can be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this website or the products sold here.
Any dispute arising between a customer and Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS will be settled in accordance with the relevant laws in Denmark.
www.designartem.com is open 24/7. The website, however, may occasionally be down temporarily due to maintenance and implementation of updates.
To buy a product, you must find the required product and click “Add to cart”. If you want an overview of the purchases, you may choose “Shopping Cart”. When you want to finish shopping, choose “Check out” and follow the 4 steps:
Step 1: Supply your email address to which you wish to receive your order confirmation and end with "Continue"
Step 2: Supply shipping and billing address and telephone number and end with “Continue”.
Step 3: Supply your credit card details and end with "Continue"
Step 4: Review & purchase and end with "Purchase"
If you want to change the order, you must choose “Shopping Cart”.
Order Confirmation and Invoice
After placing the order, you will receive an automatic reply by e-mail from us with an order confirmation for your purchase and informing you that you will receive a notification mail as soon as the order has been shipped.
The order confirmation includes an outline of your order as well as your name, address, products, price, payment method, delivery address, time, and delivery charges and the Terms and Conditions accepted by you. If you wish to receive a new order confirmation, you may establish a client account directly in the Web Shop in order to reprint the order confirmation as well as the invoice.
When the order has been forwarded to you, you will receive information about this along with the final invoice by e-mail, in which the delivery charges (if applicable) will also be stated.
You may effect payment with the following credit cards: VISA, Master-Card, American Express, and Paypal. When requested you must enter card number, expiry date and check digits when ordering Products.
The amount will be charged your credit card account when we receive your order. If there is no coverage on the credit card, we reserve the right to cancel the order and we will contact you.
The web shop uses Stripe as payment solution. Payments by credit card in the web shop are, therefore, secure and certified by VISA and Mastercard. All payments take place via an encrypted internet connection.
No credit card fees are charged by us. Please note that it is not possible for us to charge a higher amount than the one approved by the Customer.
VAT, Customs and Import Duties
If the delivery destination/country charges customs or import duties, these will be charged once the package reaches the destination country. The Customer will have to pay these charges. This also applies to the purchase of gifts or other purchases made on behalf of another recipient.
Unfortunately, we have no control over customs and import charges and we cannot inform you how much they will be before you order. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
For orders delivered to a country outside of the EU, it is possible to reclaim the Danish VAT that has been charged on the order. This is done after the order is placed and you are responsible for this yourself. You will need proof of importation in your country to claim VAT refund.
Terms of Delivery
We offer free shipping on all our items inside European Union (EU).
Please contact us for shipping rates to countries outside European Union (EU).
We normally send the order within 2-3 working days after forwarding the order confirmation if the ordered goods are in stock. However, occasionally the ordered products may be sold out/out of stock. If so we will contact you with a new expected shipping date. As several of the unique design and art items depicted are handmade to order and as such not stock goods, do contact us for a specific quotation with expected delivery time.
When you receive the order, you must examine that the (number of) product (s) correspond to your order and that the product (s) and the packaging have not been damaged or changed in any way.
If our delivery is delayed by more than 14 days, you are entitled to cancel the order, and any amount which has already been paid by you will be refunded by us as soon as possible and under any circumstances not later than 30 days after our receipt of your cancellation of the order. The cancellation should be in writing and sent by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
It is possible to cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped from our warehouse. Normally orders are sent 2-3 business days after you place the order. Contact us and we will assist you.
You may change your mind within 14 days of receiving your items. You have to notify us before the end of the 14 day period if you want to return your order. Upon receiving your notification we will send you a "return form" to be filled out and returned together with the returned items.
After you have received the items you ordered, you may carefully examine and try the items within the 14 day period, but only in a manner as you would if you examined the products in any other offline retail shop. Have the items been used in excess of what is normal in order to examine them, you will be held liable for the decrease in value of the items the use has caused.
Where applicable we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days of receiving the notification. The refund, however, will not be paid before we have received the returned items at our warehouse.
The shipping expenses for returning an order are not covered by us, and must, therefore, be paid by you, and must also be arranged by yourself.
The safety of the products is your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please make sure you pack the return products safely to prevent any damage to the products or boxes. Make sure the product’s original packaging is intact. Please keep receipts and tracking numbers as proof of sending the items back.
How to return an item:
1. Notify us within 14 days which products you want to return
2. Send the products and the original packaging back to us within 14 days from your notification.
3. Fill out the return form, and send it along with the items you want to return.
4. The return shipment cost must be paid by you, and is not covered by Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS.
5. You will receive your refund within 14 days after we have received the items.
6. If the products are not received in their original packaging and in the same condition as you received them a deduction in your refund may be made similar to the decrease of the value of the items.

Return Shipping Costs
The return shipment costs must be paid by you, and are not covered by Designartem® by CNDKFOCUS.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact us at: email@example.com .
If you send us an e-mail, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as some photos if there is something wrong with one of the products.
You are entitled to give notice of defects for a period of 24 months. If something is wrong with the product, your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible from the time that you notice the problem.
You can either have a new product sent, a discount, or return the product for a refund. This will be decided from case to case. Accordingly, the provisions on defects in the Danish Sales Act apply.
If your claim is valid we will of course cover your shipping expenses for returning the product to us. Please provide us with documentation for your expenses.
The items are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Please ensure you pack the return products safely to prevent (any further) damage to the products or boxes. And please keep receipts and tracking codes as a proof of sending the products back to us.
If applicable we will give you a full refund of the purchase price. The refund will be paid back to the credit card used to pay for the order within 14 days after we have received the product (s).
Please note that a full refund cannot be given if:
a. You have actually used the products to the extent where it has been marked and worn.
b. The item has been damaged while they were in your custody (e.g. during transportation).
c. You have handled the items in other ways than you normally would in a store for examining the nature of the type of product and its features.
